Jazmine Sullivan is an American singer songwriter and actress that has earned critical praise since her initial releases and was nominated in several categories like Best New Artist, Best Female R&B Vocal Performance Best Traditional R&B Performance Best R&B song, and the Best Contemporary R&B Album in the 51st Grammy Awards. Jazmine Sullivan was a singer and music teacher at The Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts and she graduated from the class of 2005.
